Taking back control

Submitted by Jewelz from Beaver County.

I have smoked on and off for over 20 years and tried quiting several times.  I guess the time had come that i needed to make a choice.  Smokes arent cheap these days and when you have to choose between a pack and gas for your vehicle....well u get the picture.  My daughter had bronchittis and i took hher to the doctor and the he asked who in her family smoked and she my mom. He looked at me and said i can smell it in the hall and in here u should quit it stinks. I laughed and said yea i know but i started thinking about that smell and decided i was gonna quit. That day I had three and the next day i had two.  I am happy to say I AM A NON SMOKER!!!!!!  I have been smoke free since january 22 of this year!!!!!!!!!!   It hasnt been easy but it has been worth it.  I smell better and feel better!!!!

My Advice

You can do it!!!!!!  It is worth it to quit!!!!!!!  I did it and you can to!!!!!!1
